The shame and embarrassment are the ultimate results of losing self confidence. Knowing that virility is associated with the size of one’s penis, having a small penis would imply to have a small libido. Generally every man is on the lookout for adding extra inches to his equipment, men with a small penis confirm the theory. Having results can lead you to penis pumps, penile implants and several other crazy experiments.
I call it crazy and you will soon find out why!
Take this as a friendly advice: having a small penis is not a reason to have a penile surgery. This is the last case scenario for healthy men. Contrary to them, men suffering from epispadias, exstrophy, bladder Peyronie’s disease, hypospadias and Micropenis are just excellent candidates for such interventions. People who suffered trauma in their pelvic region can join this group as well. The bottom line is that, the sole desire of having an oversized penis is not relevant for real professionals.
If this didn’t convince you, then maybe this will: penile surgeries have its fare share of side effects.
Here is an intro into the various penis enhancement procedures and their disastrous aftermath-
• Re-fixation of suspensory ligament – during this procedure the ligament that suspends the penis is removed and at the end extra skin is attached to it. The result is a seemingly longer penis due to the excessive skin. Such a penis becomes unstable especially before intercourse. I reckon this is quite embarrassing.
• Lipectomy or liposuction of prepubic fat – the procedure lives up to its name. Fat is taken out of the pubic area and re-injected into the penis. This is yet another effort to make your penis look longer. The worst case scenario is having a disfigured and ugly penis.
• Skin Flap Reconstruction – in this case pieces of skin are removed from the pubic area and re-attached to lengthen the penis. One of the ugliest side-effects is to encounter massive hair growth on the re-attached part. The end result will be monstrous, having a smaller penis than before!
• Penile implants and gels – during these interventions, gel gets injected into to penis. For a better result, surgeons apply inflatable devices into the penis. What could be worse than experiencing infection or implant rejection!
I hope I have committed everything in order to underline the breathtaking drawbacks of enhancement surgeries. The varieties are practically endless: excessive bleeding, graft rejection, scars and delayed healing are just few of the things that can affect the patient. I’m not sure what can be handled easier; the economical burden or the psychological stress. Fact is that besides being a waste of money, it is a waste of time as well. The most terrible thing is the disappointment: you gain 2 inches to find out that it is visible only in the flaccid state of the penis. If erection ever occurs, chances are that the penis will look the same as before.
The bottom point is that surgical penile enhancement is recommended for men with birth defect. All the other should stay away from it.
